This 375ml Saint Crimson is a rich dry black hopped mead made from black currants and wildflower honey. This is a great served as an iced aperitif, even better as the base of a citrus summer cocktail.
Cuvée Anguis Singularum II is a very brut sparkling mead, made with tart cherry and apple is delightfull for a hot summers evening. Bright and refreshing, it 's light, crisp and fruity- but very dry. Made Methode Ancestral it has nice sedimet which will add to its character as it ages.
